They’re back! The PDX Fall Workout sessions are back for their fifteenth. Why not keep a good thing going? These Saturday morning workout sessions are a great opportunity to get together with fellow skiers and learn excellent dry-land training techniques and exercises. Get your body ready for winter sports. This program is offered by the Teacup Lake Nordic Club designed by XC Oregon Coach/Director J.D. Downing. J.D. is also the National Director of the American Cross Country Skiers non-profit masters association and the editor of website. All workouts will be led either by athletes or coaches in the nationally-recognized XC Oregon race program or Portland-area volunteers using an XC Oregon workout template.  All ages (well, 14 years and up) and abilities are welcome. Minors 14-17 years of age can participate for free as long as their family has a Teacup membership and a designated adult chaperone also is present (ideally participating in the workouts) at all times. Spread the word about these workouts! We would love to have the biggest turnout ever. These workout sessions benefit everyone involved and membership is not required. There is a suggested donation of $10/session or $20 for 2 or more. $25 for non members. Pre-registration is strongly recommended (so we have an estimate of attendance) but not required.
